Construction Type
Houses are framed on a slab that is in place when the construction crew arrives. Copper tubing is stubbed up through the slab along with PVC drains for
plumbing.

A 200 amp electrical service is installed and must meet the inspection standards of the Sand Mountain Electric Cooperative (Great people to work with).

The exterior of the house is usually vinyl siding. A composition fiberglass shingle roof is installed on one-inch OSB decking.

Interior walls are made of one-fourth inch wood paneling. Ceilings are one-half inch drywall. Pre-hung door units are used throughout.

Masonry floors are colored at the time of pouring and finished with grouting and a good sealer.

Kitchen cabinets are "ready to stain and finished" before installing.
