All of our jams, jellies, and marmelade use green tomatoes as the base "fruit". They are cooked with the "flavoring fruit", such as apples, blackberries, etc. Green tomatoes take on the flavor of the fruit they are being cooked with while adding their own nutirents and just a hint of taste.
